I have decided to make a little change. Originally when I started out I thought I just wanted to have healthy recipes here. I didn’t want confuse things with any information on fitness, or side health issues, and I assumed that people wouldn’t really care much about my daily eating or general weirdness. I have gotten a few e-mails, comments, etc. of late that make me think that others might be interested in knowing more about my daily habits, not just some recipes that work within my nutritional plan. I thought I would have a separate blog for that, and people could read one or the other…but really, that might just be even more confusing. So, while this blog is still mainly about recipes, I will also be including some other tidbits. Some recipes that aren’t *really* recipes, like random smoothie combos, or something I substitute for something else. Some physical fitness information, and also some thinks that I eat from day to day.
This will probably mean more blogging, but not more recipes. Though I do hope to have more recipes soon :-)
If you don’t like the format you are of course welcome to complain, but it is probably more efficient if you just ignore the posts you don’t like :-)
