		<description>It depends, but generally I have gotten the Bob&#039;s Red Mill brand. I have bought it on Amazon, but more recently I have been buing it from my local co-op in Seattle. You should be able to find it at most health food stores. If you can&#039;t, you could probably substitute 1/2 C. Medjool dates, and take out the 1/8 C. Water. I haven&#039;t tried that though! If you use Honey you could also do 1/2 C. Honey. I just happen to prefer the date sugar :-)</description>
