		<description>I currently buy it, but I am not against grinding my own...I just haven&#039;t had the time to do so yet. I bought some almond meal from Trader Joe&#039;s for this one, it has the skins on. For the previous bread I used blanched almonds (which are more expensive). I definitely prefer the blanched almonds for look, but I have not yet noticed a difference in texture or in flavor in regards to bread. I am wary about the pesticides used on almonds too, but right now I cannot afford any of the truly organic.</description>
