Oh my god! Those were the BEST dates EVER. I will even send you with some cash to get me a BIG bag ;-)

The fudge is pretty damn good, I have some in the freezer. If I see you before I eat it you can have some to see if you like it! I was not a big fudge fan either as it was always too rich and sickly sweet. This stuff just kicks the chocolate craving.

I don't even LIKE fudge and these look incredible. I bought a small can of Dagoba a few days ago but haven't cracked it open yet. May head down to Date Land again in the fall and will bring you back a prezzie!

Well, to be fair my cocoa powder isn't raw...but you can get raw cocoa powder. I have been using Dagoba cocoa powder and I enjoy it. I will be trying some raw cocoa power soon though. I have had raw cocoa powder in smoothies and raw desserts and I cannot tell much difference between the two, but there IS a difference between cocoa powder varieties. Hershey's is much different from Dagoba for instance.

Wow. I will definitely have to try these soon. Have you found the flavor of raw cocoa powder comparable to the roasted stuff? Our co-op carries it but it's painfully expensive.
