This looks and sounds absolutely delectable! Having lived in Mexico for a spell and Santa Fe for 5 years (where I was part owner of a tamale catering company/restaurant) I love all things southwest and Mexican. Can’t wait to try this. Wow I am kinda thinking that this recipe will light a serious fire in the body…in a good way :) Thx for the chipotle 411. Now I will be more clued in to know what I am buying not just guessing.
