Have you ever shopped at Vitacost .com? i get my organic pumpkin and sunflower seeds, along with most everything else I'd but off the shelf at Whole Foods, there. They have great prices compared to what I pay for stuff here, and a flat $5 shipping rate.

Honestly I JUST used the sunflower seeds. But I do notice that there is a slight bitterness to them, a tang? Maybe you could mix a few cashews in there to mellow them out?
