SO EXCITED! You know this already, but I wanted to comment again.

As much as I love raw desserts, sometimes I want a muffin or “bread” or pancake that is sugar-free and doesn’t have too many funky ingredients. I’ve concocted some carrot coconut date muffin in my head but am too afraid to attempt to make it.

And bring on the healthy ethnic dishes! Those are my favorite :) Oh, and the Texas flair!
