I still have about 8 left - I'm thinking of throwing them all in the food processor, adding some fun things (maybe dried cherries and more nuts?) and seeing what happens. That's the one I have, I've had it for about 15-18 mos, and seriously, it has changed my life. You are already a fabulous cook, but I credit my VitaMix, my food allergies, and my CSA with being the 3 things that revolutionized my cooking, eating and love for creaing new recipes. You will adore it! I have never even had thos Lara Joco's. I see them all the time maybe i should try them. And my hubs understood my $$ purchase when i started rockin out amazing food in my Vita b/c contrary to what society tells us, the true way to a man's heart is thru his stomach :) happy cooking Marissa!
